  • Are you a direct manufacturer or trading company?

    Kingchun initially started as a OEM factory, and we know that we have gone through many years of processing and production, creating our own brand. We have our own production plant in China, including bouncing water products, bottom trap products, and floor drain products. At the same time, we also trade many bathroom and faucet products to meet various customer inquiries.

  • What products can you offer?

    Products of bottle trap, clic clac waste, pop up waste, brass siphon, drain basin, and also bathroom accessories, bathroom furnitures are our main products.

  • Can you do customized products?

    Yes, we are mainly doing customized products according to the customers's drawings or samples.

  • How many employees of your comany? what about the technicians?

    There are around 100+ employees in our plant, and 8 technicians included.

  • How to guarantee the quality of your goods?

    Firstly, we have obtained ISO9001 certification and undergo inspections after each process. For the finished product, we will conduct 100% inspection based on the customer's requirements to meet international standards. We also arrange for random pre shipment inspections before delivery. Secondly, we have our own testing laboratory and complete testing equipment, and our products have obtained CUPC, W, and CE certifications to meet overall testing requirements and customer needs.

  • What would you do on quality claims?

    Kingchun is a responsible and trustworthy company that respects his name and brand very much. We consider the company's reputation as the most important asset.
    Once you receive the goods and discover quality issues, please try to provide us with as many pictures or videos as possible to explain the cause of the problem. We will analyze this to identify the problem and ensure that it is a standalone or batch issue. At the same time, we will initiate internal corrective and preventive mechanisms, analyze the causes, and provide solutions. Usually, we will reply to you within 2 working days.

  • What is your payment terms?

    When we quote for you, we will confirm with you the way of transaction, FOB, CIF, CNF, etc.

    For regular orders, we accept 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading by T/T. And by irrevocable L/C will also be acceptable.

  • How to deliver the goods to us?

    Usually we will ship the goods to you by sea, which is the most convenient and economical delivery.
    Of course, if you are in urgent, we can also arrange delivery by air, obviously, it is much high cost.
    If you are in Europe, by train will be a compromised choice between by sea and by air, cost less than by air, 2 weeks faster than by sea.

  • Where are your main markets?

    Our products are mainly exported to Europe, America, Asia and also Africa countries. Such as Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Spain from Europe, and USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina from America, and also South Africa, Thailand, Philippines etc.
